The simplest way to migrate your website to our Managed Web Hosting service is to provide your current web hosting control panel and domain registrar logins in a support ticket. We will advise when the migration is complete or contact your for any additional required information on the migration support ticket.
If you are able to provide a full files and database backup of your current website content and are willing to migrate any email on the domain yourself then access to your current web hosting control panel is not necessarily required. If so, submit a support ticket with links to your website backups.
